4.3.) Search engine marketing and other keyword-based advertising for the Lights.co.uk brand as well as the Lampenwelt

house brands Lampenwelt.com, Lindby, Lucande und Arcchio is not permitted. In case of violation, all generated sales

shall be cancelled and other rights, in particular cease and desist, removal and damage claims, remain reserved. Site

links in Google and Bing Ads advertisements may only be posted in connection with Lights.co.uk if they link to a

landing page of the Affiliate Website where Lights.co.uk is exclusively advertised. It is expressly prohibited to place site

links to the brand Lights.co.uk or the Lampenwelt house brands and/or to typos or generic terms related to the

Lights.co.uk product range; a direct transfer from the advertisement is also prohibited.

4.4.) It is prohibited to promote the products which Lampenwelt GmbH offers in their web-shops. Moreover, it is also

prohibited to advertise Lampenwelt’s house brand products via Google Shopping / Google Base. In the case of an

infringement, the provision for the affiliate-partner will be cancelled. Furthermore, Lampenwelt GmbH reserves the

right to cancel the partner program immediately without prior warning
