Paid Search Policy: - Affiliates may NOT bid on the trademarked word "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃 in any manner singularly or in any conjuction with other characters or in combination with other words in the search that may result in a broad match of the word "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃 singularly. The word "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃 is off limits. - Affiliates may NOT Use the Trademarked word "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃 in any Titles, or display URL of any paid ads. - Affiliate may NOT register or use any domain name URL which includes the word "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃 in any way. - All paid search ads must go to an affiliate landing page. Affiliates may not directly link from search ads to BlackBerry.com or ShopBlackBerry.com. - Affiliates are not permitted to use any form of technology, programming or scripting to display the contents of BlackBerry.com and ShopBlackBerry.com in another website location including, but not limited to, the use of i-frames. - Affiliates may NOT use any form of technology, programming or scripting to click a visitor to BlackBerry.com or ShopBlackBerry.com via the affiliate link. In other words, forwarding a visitor in any way other than the visitors manually clicking a link is not allowed. Coupon Codes Policy: - Absolutely restricted from any bidding are any ShopBlackBerry coupon codes that promotes/displays a lower price than the ShopBlackBerry.com website itself. - BlackBerry does not allow bidding on any keyword phrases that contain the trademark BlackBerry no exceptions. - Bidding on a BlackBerry product terms IS allowed without the keyword "BlackBerry" or ¨ShopBlackBerry〃. When using these types of keyword phrases, DO NOT include the term "coupon", affiliates may NOT advertise BlackBerry-specific coupons with the use any generic coupon language (ie: "discount, price reduced, etc.") in the ad title or copy whatsoever. - When bidding on generic keywords, affiliates may use generic coupon language such as "Click here for coupons" but are not allowed to advertise ShopBlackBerry-specific coupons. Any violation of these terms will result in an immediate retraction of the opportunity to earn commissions by being inactivated from the ShopBlackBerry affiliate program. While an attempt to communicate with an affiliate suspected of being in violation will likely be made; BlackBerry is under no obligation to inform violators of the above terms and conditions they are ending affiliation and are being made inactive from the program.
